The Gulf Wire app brings together community offshore fishing reports and observational ocean maps. GulfWire Pro includes sea surface temperature (SST), chlorophyll, currents, salinity, and sargassum layers. Coverage and freshness vary; cloud gaps and missing observations are not predictions of fishing conditions.

Vessel tracking and route/fuel planning

With location permission, Track My Boat shows your device position and a private session track. Route planning estimates distance, travel time, fuel burn, and remaining fuel from your waypoints and entered speed and fuel-burn rate. These tools are not a navigation, weather-warning, or emergency service.
